Are we really locked in?
No! Your safety is our top priority, so we don’t really lock you in. You have the option to leave the escape room at any time if necessary.
Will other people be in the room with us? can i have the room just for my group?
If your group doesn’t book all of the available spots in an escape room, it will stay available for other groups to book as well. Each room will run with a minimum of 2 players and a max of 8. If you want to book an entire room, you will need to purchase the maximum capacity for that specific game room.
Can I hold a party or company event?
Yes! We recommend it! We welcome private events of all sizes and types. Our roomy lobby is a perfect space to throw your party or event, and you can book the entire place. We specialize in team building events and large parties. Please contact us so we can help you customize your next event.
How do i make a reservation?
We strongly recommend booking a reservation in advance, which you can do using our online booking system. All rooms are to be paid for in advance. Bookings can be made over the phone at 920.230.2745, but we will require a deposit to be made at the time of the call. Please contact us with further booking issues.
Are tickets refundable?
No cancellations are allowed, but we will work with you to reschedule a game if an emergency arises.
How early should i get there?
You are purchasing a ticket to a timed event. To be able to provide the best experience for you as well as future guests, all rooms must begin on time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking. Before your game, we’ll ask you to fill out a quick waiver and we will briefly go over the room you have picked. Any guidelines or instructions will be given before you enter.
What do i need to bring?
We need a printout or electronic version of your booking confirmation, thats it! We ask all players to empty their pockets before entering the room. You will not be allowed to use anything you bring into the room with you. Everything you need will be provided within the game area. Any food or beverages are prohibited.
Can i have my cell phone?
Sorry, but cell phones and cameras are prohibited in the game area, and we ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos in the escape rooms. If you are use your cell phone while the game is in progress, we will have to ask you to exit the game you are playing without a refund. Storage areas with a personal lock will be provided for all belongings.
is there an age requirement?
Anyone can play! However, if you are under 16 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are under 16, please have your parent or guardian fill out a waiver prior to arriving and this player must be accompanied by a paying adult.
what if we get stuck on a clue and cant figure it out?
We will be monitoring your progress throughout the escape game. Our game masters will provide clues if you get stuck — after all, we want you to have fun! Remember, it’s not only about trying to escape the room, it’s about the full experience.
Is it hard to escape?
Our rooms are designed to focus on team building in which all participants can participate regardless of skill, age, and athletic ability. You will be provided 3 hints upon request. You can make it as easy or as hard as you would like — it’s all up to you and your team and how well you work together and when you chose to use your hints. Our goal is to make sure everyone is having a great time.
What if I am late?
You need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved game time for check-in. Unfortunately, we are not able to hold the game or offer refunds/reschedules for being late or a no-show. It is very important that everyone arrives on time, so we can ensure everyone is ready to start the game promptly.
